A Year of Standing Ovations by Ovation Riding

Traditionally, on the last Friday of the year, we look back at the past year of Standing Ovations and encourage readers to make one last gift if they are so inclined.

As the clock ticks down on the final days of 2019, many non-profits are working hard to wrap up their fundraising for the end of the year. We like to look back at our Standing Ovation column, spotlighting individuals or organizations doing good work in the horse world, at the end of each year.

This year, we focused on a variety of ways individuals and organizations can do good in the horse world, so not every entity listed is necessarily an organization to which readers might donate. However, we still want to recognize the work that they do to better the equine industry.

Many thanks thanks to Ovation Riding for their support of both Horse Nation and individuals and organizations that are doing good work in the horse world. If you know someone who deserves a Standing Ovation, we would love to recognize them in a future post. Email the name of the person or organization along with a message about the good work they do to [email protected]. Photos/videos are always welcome, and include a link to their website if applicable.
