Horse Training (and De-Stressing) From Northern Ireland

Here are some horse training tips from June Burgess in Northern Ireland. So, grab a cuppa, sit back and get ready to learn!

An Anit-COVID-19 sweetie all the way from lovely Ballygraffan in serene Co. Down, Northern Ireland. My Irish sis (by choice), June Burgess, offers distressing for us and information on getting back to basics to re-start your horse. Get a cuppa – put your feet up — enjoy – and breathe.

Reset Stress to Relax is a useful tonic for us and our horses that have “little issues.”

FYI, I met June at the EQUUS Film Festival three years ago when it was in NYC. She and I became sisters at first sight. She is a champion Eventing rider, runs Horses for People Equine Therapy and created a bliss-delivering B&B at her horse farm Ballygraffan outside of Comber. I have de-boned myself in one of her cottages – watching her horses meander over the countryside that bespeaks “Game of Thrones.” I filmed her exercising William her champion eventing horse across the same countryside. For more COVID-19 escape, check out June’s Happy Mondays and Ballygraffan.
