One Way to Tackle a Bank
Published on June 1, 2017: “Horse life is messy, unpredictable and definitely has its fair share of SMH/LOL/OMG moments, whether you’re an amateur or a professional. That’s why we’ve fallen head over heels for Laine Ashker’s new ride Debakey, a four year old Holsteiner gelding owned by Lena Perger. His latest adventure — his unique take on a bank — has the internet in stitches.”
The Most Tolerant Sales Horse Ever
Published on June 5, 2017: “Seriously, this horse is a saint. Jumping courses and standing still amongst the commotion, I could only pray that my horse would find a fraction of Pumba’s sanity at one point in his life. If this video doesn’t sell this horse then there is no hope for the rest of us.”
Ok guys, the joys of selling horses. I keep being asked if this horse is "good with children" the last person asked for "a video" ??? So I have checked just incase I had accidentally advertised her in the "nannies looking for work" section. I haven't. Anyway, today Nouveau Heights, aka Pumba humoured us…. no children or horses were harmed in the making of this video… surprisingly…

THIS Is How to Unload Hay
Published on July 27, 2017: “It’s… it’s just so beautiful. We don’t even care that no one is sweaty or swearing, layered in a fine patina of hay chaff and weariness. This magical delivery is a true thing of beauty.”

As Seen By the Horse
Published on August 3, 2017: “You don’t need to be a horse expert to realize that animals don’t see the world the same way we do — things like eye size, head shape, pupil shape and general physiology mean that every species’ perception of its surroundings is a little bit different. (If you need a reminder, just wait for your horse to spook at that one corner again.) Comparing a simulation side by side with a horse’s and human’s perspective, however, really reminds us how differently horses see the world — from the scope of the field of vision to the perception of color and the shift from light to shadow.”

Coming In Hot
Published on October 26, 2017: “Working around racehorses can require that one’s head be on a swivel, staying alert and adjusting to rapidly-changing scenarios. That said, this video might be one of the funniest things we’ve seen in a long time. Make sure your volume is up to listen to the color commentary provided by At the Races for this long-suffering groom, jockey Silvestre De Silva and ‘mack man,’ who appears to be an assistant trainer in a Mackintosh who just can’t quite get the job done.”
A man in a mac and a bit of brilliance from Silvestre De Sousa at Chelmsford City Racecourse last night. Decent commentary from Luke and Jason too! ????

Songs About Horses: ‘Dressage Girls’
Published on November 29, 2017: “Truer words have never been sung. (“They ride sideways and backwards and all alphabetically” — GENIUS.) We’re officially adding this one to our Horse Nation playlist.”
