When practicing, it’s hard to know what we need to improve while riding. Are we giving our horse mixed signals? Are our heels down? What are we doing with our hands? But really, WHAT ARE MY HANDS DOING? Having another rider there is a great option, but videoing our rides is an even better way to be go back and evaluate our rides.
