Every October, Tiffany takes her role as the neighborhood’s unofficial “Headless Horsewoman” very seriously. Dressed in a flowing purple cloak and without a head, she and her horse make their annual trek past the local school, sending shrieks, laughter, and a few dropped lunchboxes in their wake. Teachers pretend to be horrified, kids pretend not to be scared, and Tiffany? She just walks off into legend.
