Photo Challenge: The Golden Hour

Here are 14 photos of horses in the magic hour.

The golden hour is that time shortly after sunrise or right before sunset when the daylight is redder and softer than when the sun is higher in the sky. For photographers and cinematographers, this is also known as the magic hour. This is especially true when you add horses into the mix. This week we asked our readers to show us their photos of their horses during the golden hour, and the results are stunning.
