‘Oh Crap’ Monday: Crappy Decisions
Monday already is the crappiest day of the week…
… so it only makes sense that we make things official. Here’s our latest “oh crap” moment.
This “oh crap” moment is brought to you by yet another horse that made a very poor life decision. Earlier this month, the Robert Fulton Fire Company, based out of Peach Bottom, Pennsylvania, got a call to rescue a horse that had gotten itself stuck in a manure pit.
As someone who manages a barn with a manure pile, I feel like the term “manure pit” is a bit of an understatement. Be that as it may, this horse found itself up to its neck in a very crappy situation. 🤢💩
The fire company was able to devise a plan and hoisted the horse out of the pit with slings and a crane.
Fortunately, the horse was fine after its crappy ordeal.
Go forth and tackle your Monday, Horse Nation.
