We’re exactly one year out from the 2018 World Equestrian Games, to be held Sept. 11-23 at Tryon International Equestrian Center (TIEC). Event organizers are expecting a turnout of more than 500,000 people with tickets going on sale to the public on Monday, Oct. 16.

A variety of ticketing types and prices will be offered, including an All Games Pass for each week of competition or both weeks, an All Session Day Pass, All Session Discipline Pass, as well as individual event tickets, and opening and closing ceremonies. An inexpensive Day Pass will also be available to give attendees access to event grounds and expo only. A complete list of ticketing options will be available online at www.tryon2018.com or www.ticketmaster.com. Click here to view the WEG schedule.

In addition to announcing ticket sales, TIEC today released a “Destination Tryon” video showcasing the region where the Games will take place. And if you need help feeling pumped, there’s always this:

For all things WEG, visit the website here, and of course we here at Nation Media will be keeping our ears to the ground for all the latest!
