World Equestrian Brands Helmet Cam: Elisa Wallace & Simply Priceless at Welly Eventing Showcase

Nobody produces a good helmet cam like Elisa Wallace. Ride around the cross-country course aboard Simply Priceless at the 2017 Land Rover Wellington Eventing Showcase, taking place last weekend!

The Wellington Eventing Showcase, by all accounts, is an experience for both competitors and spectators alike. Long the territory of hunter/jumpers and dressage, Wellington, Florida also opens its doors to the eventing world to host this exhibition event. This year, riders from four nations descended on the Sunshine State to enjoy everything that Welly had to offer, from fun in the sun under the swaying palms to the tidy $100,000 available in prizes.

This year’s cross-country track repeated last year’s favorite theme of a gallop right through the VIP tent, with a twist — this year there was actually a jump right in the middle! This course designed by Captain Mark Phillips certainly included its fair share of tests while providing maximum wow factor for spectators, and Dom Schramm’s immediate post-ride interview also lent an air of “celebrity athleticism” to the showcase.

Ride along with Elisa Wallace and Simply Priceless, also known as Johnny or J.B. The pair turned in a clear, quick round with only 3.6 time penalties, ultimately finishing 18th:

Our sister site Eventing Nation covered the Wellington Eventing Showcase in depth, with Jenni Autry on the ground in Florida. You can access EN’s coverage by clicking here.

Go eventing, and go riding!
