Poll: Who Wore It Best? Great Charity Challenge Edition

The 2016 theme: “Fairy Tale.”

The 2016 Great Charity Challenge took place last weekend at Wellington’s Winter Equestrian Festival, with 34 rider teams competing in the pouring rain to raise money for their randomly-paired charity. Each team consisted of two junior or amateur riders and one world-class rider, competing relay-style with placings determining which charity received the biggest piece of the prize pie. (Each charity entered was guaranteed to win a base donation regardless of pairings.)

Oh, and did we mention that riders had to compete in costume? The 2016 theme for the Great Charity Challenge was “Fairy Tale,” and as you’ll see, the riders interpreted that theme in plenty of creative ways.

We’ve selected our favorites for the sake of this poll — who had the best costume of all? Check out our selections and vote below!
