Best of Craigslist: The Eclectic Edition

The word “eclectic” can be used to describe everything from music to clothing to food … to today’s ‘Best of Craigslist’ collection.

Seriously, though, we’ve got a little bit of everything in this collection: horses, yes, but also dogs, trailers, art, and a most curious “wanted” ad. Read on …

We’ll kick things off with some creative spelling — take this ad at face value and you may be a bit lost. From Fiona:

We’re not entirely sure what’s going on in this sales photo, but we love it. From Megan:

Same here, actually — was this the best sales photo you could do? Doesn’t matter; that caption is killer. From Kaitlyn:

Is this that reverse psychology thing? Because I’m not sure how good of a sales pitch this is, otherwise. From Allie:

We’re not sure if this is a joke or not, but we don’t even care because it’s still amazing. From Stephanie:

I have a pony mare 7yrs old. She is all white and a great girl but needs someone special to care for her.
A good proper home is a must she has been a victim of a shooting and can only walk on 3 legs. She was our show and driving pony I can no longer care for her my health has made it difficult for me as the weather gets colder. She is an easy keeper no grain required just hay we give grain to her as a treat you will have to be careful not to let her get over weight. If I cant find a good home for her in the next week I will have no choice but to put her down PLEASE if you can take my pretty sweet girl id be grateful. I can haul her locally for free but must be in the Lafayette area please email THANK YOU

… but not as much of a head-scratcher as this horse, whose ailments can apparently be cured by feed. From Martha:

And then things got weird. From Megan: “Not really a horse ad, but I’m just trying to figure out how the dog got in the feeder.”

Oh boy, this one is sure to be a treat. It’s fun if you pretend it’s not a spelling error. From Lynn: “Sadly it was removed from ebay before I could check out the details!”
