Absorbine Photo Challenge: 10 Burdock Manes & Tails

We’re just going to say that every single one of these entries deserved to win an Absorbine prize pack, just to give you all a little help de-burdock-ing.

Ah, fall: while the rest of the world is prancing happily about wearing cute sweaters and drinking pumpkin spice lattes, those of us in the equestrian world are too busy picking burdocks out of manes and tails to notice. We asked to see your autumn struggles, and dutifully you guys took a moment out of your endless hours of grooming to snap a photo and send it our way.

This week’s randomly-selected winner of the Absorbine prize pack is …

Moose is cute even when she gets her forelock all tangled up..

Tragically, HN staff are not eligible to win the prize, but we still have the same problems — in duplicate:

Amanda’s horse looks remarkably neat and tidy, but his pasture full of acorns has him pretty grumpy.

And the rest of this week’s finalists:

It’s bur season… #horsenation
