Out of Shape Equestrian: Week 4

This week Amanda talks perfect abs, smoothies and a challenge from Boyd Martin.

We’ve all seen them… the abs that every midriff revealing shirt dreams about.

But how do we get them?  My trainer insists that “abs happen in the kitchen,” which means I’m eating a tad healthier these days. Just to cover all his bases, though, he’s working my core hard. Let’s check out this week’s video entry for the details:

That’s it. There are only two things on this planet that move slower than me doing sit ups.
