Darq Marqee – Pennsylvania

Diamond is a beautiful, healthy 17yo Half Arab mare.

Whats great:
Sound at w/t/c, no health problems per comprehensive vet eval. UTD on vaccines, farrier, floating.
Easy keeper, barefoot her whole life.
Never met another horse she didnt like.
Does not weave, crib or chew.
Double registered, papers available.
Prior owners/history known. Diamond was a broodmare, a brave trail horse, and a beginners lesson horse.
No founder/laminitis/colic/arthritis.

So why is she available? Diamond came to me after a few months of starvation/neglect when she found herself with the wrong owner. She has been returned to excellent health. But with health came personality!

1. She dislikes being worked. She will lunge w/t/c and rides w/t. But she will protest after a few minutes and eventually rear if you insist on continuing. Ask for canter under saddle = eject button. Professional trainer w/out success. Extensive vet workup, no pain/problems. She has done all the riding she intends to do!

2. She needs a buddy. She gets herd bound. Behavior issues go away when she has horse friends, but I only have space for 1.

3. She is an Alpha mare and will challenge your leadership daily. Be a good horse-person with consistent ground rules and she is lovely. Be a pushover, and shell keep pushing!

Can you give this still-healthy old lady the pasture buddy and life of leisure that she deserves? She is a character and a great pet!

Booth is a very sweet boy. Rescued him a little over a year ago and ive been trying to get weight back on him. Started him in training to be a dressage horse and found he has an old sesamoid fracture on his right front leg that has caused the sesmoid bones to rotate. He is sound on the leg and have x-rays of it. He is best suited for lighter work. Can still jump just not very big. He would also make a good trail horse. Booth is very good out on the trails. Can go with other horses or by himself. Not much seems to phase him. Would do best for an intermediate rider. Good for the farrier and vet. Up to date on vaccines.

Fantastic horse for experienced low energy rider/owner.
Sound, healthy, energetic Arabian mare with years of professional training / showing in western pleasure. Lots of go but easy to whoa. She does arena work and is level-headed but new to trails. Not prone to spook. She is push-button trained and tries very hard to get things right. Owner has no time for this horse but wants a loving, kind forever home.
Pippy is not a rescue.
Prospective owners must have approved home for this wonderful horse:
Turnout with attached stall ideal.
She is currently barefoot but wore shoes in summer for trail riding.
Video on request.
Pippy has many great years in her.
Please no kids or beginners.

$850 if the prospective owner wants lessons and board for 1 month at our beautiful stable in Bothell.

Jesse is a sweetie who will put his head in your lap. He free lunges and will follow you at liberty.

He was started under saddle as walk/trot, but unfortunately developed upper fixation of the patella and had to undergo surgery on his hind legs. He has not been used for the past few years because I have too many horses. He has good manners for leading, shots, farrier, etc.

Jesse would be a great companion horse and is looking for that special someone to love him. No vices and excellent manners. Current with dewormer, farrier and his coggins is being updated. HYPP Results = N/N
