Daily Dose of Adorable: Reader edition

Featuring an 18-hour-old frolicking foal, an 8-year-old future superstar and a magical moment with a miniature donkey.

Reader Maureen Hall of Prospect Equine Farms Inc. (Port Perry, Ontario) sent us this video of her 18-hour-old pony colt, Trent, getting his sea legs in the indoor. Awwwww!!!! I didn’t know they made Baker Blankets that tiny.

If that’s not enough, we have this school project video sent in by Daphne Soares. In it, her 8-year-old son (and future four-star rider?) explains various aspects of horse care and riding including but not limited to grooming, riding and trailering. His pony’s name is — wait for it — Lovee. I don’t know if you can handle this one, folks.

And last but not least, we have one more from reader Hannah Reinke. Hannah writes, “This is a video of my brother-in-law (city boy from Santiago, Chile), calling to our miniature donkey, Pickles. Pickles comes galloping so enthusiastically!” It’s like he can’t believe he finally finally found a human who speaks his language.

Too cute!!! Go Riding!
