New floors last fall, CLEAN OREGON TITLE IN HAND Oregon plates, tags expired in November. Were down grading to a 2horse. it needs one manger repaired (my new mare decided to climb in it and break the plywood that the hay sits on) and it new plexiglass windows on the front. Speaking of paints, or “panits” as some people like to call them, this ad comes to us via Barb R. It’s from Kijiji, which is basically the Canadian version of Craigslist:

And now! The grand finale, sent our way by Kymbre D. who writes, “to go along with this week’s theme of people not knowing what the heck they’re doing….” Basically, there are three horses for sale, none of them broke, one of them a rescue they bought “not really knowing what we were doing so she’s just really spoiled and grumpy.” And now they would like to trade them all for a “broke trail horse.” Good luck with that!

3 Horses For Sale – $500 (Stuart, VA)

All three horses are for sale together at $500, OBO. I will also sell them separately just make and offer. Will also trade for a broke trail horse SERIOUS INQUIRES ONLY! Feel free to ask me any questions that I did not cover or set up a day to come meet them 🙂

CASPER: Not broke, he will be two years old at the end of May. He is a black and white paint stud, we own his mom and are not sure who the father is. His mom has mustang and twh in her that we know of. I raised Casper since he was born and he is a bit spoiled. Latley he’s had a bit more of an attitude because he has to be kept alone since my other horses are all mares and he loves to be around other horses. Normally he is a sweetheart, he loves to be groomed, is halter and lead trained, ties, dosn’t really care for baths but will tolerate it, we have never loaded him on a trailer but he backs when I ask him and I don’t think it would be too much a problem with him. 13 something hands currently, his mother is 14.2 hands and not sure about the father other than he was taller than the mother and still growing.

MARY JANE(MJ): Not broke, will be a year old on April 20th, dark chocolate brown with light tips in her dark mane and tail. This is one of the sweetest in your pocket filly’s I have ever met. She is the first to meet you at the fence and loves to follow you around and have all of your attention. She will let you do practically anything to her. She has not been worked with much other than halter and lead training. She is growing very fast and we think she will mature a good 16 or more hands. She will make a great horse for someone who can train her.

MONTANA: Not broke, would make a great brood mare. She has bad hooves because she will not let us touch her feet, probably needs to be sedated by a farrier when done. If the right person was willing to work with her i’m sure she could make a great mare, she’s just never had any training. She came from an abusive home, we bought her as my first horse not really knowing what we were doing so she’s just really spoiled and grumpy. She is halter broke and lead trained, as soon as she knows she’s on a lead she’ll stand and let you groom her or follow you around like a puppy. She has had two foals that we know of (MJ is one) and she is an excellent mother. She is a red roan appaloosa mare that could lose a few pounds, we’re not exactly sure of her age but we think she is around 7-12 years old. 14.2 hands
