Video du Jour: Shire racing!

Have you ever watched Shire racing? These gentle giants raced across two furlongs yesterday at Lingfield Park Racecourse in Surrey, England.

Is it just me or do the Shires seem to be having a blast? I love that they have names like Hercules, Ace, Flash, Samson and Harry. Joey was the victorious Shire in this race with jockey Mark Grant aboard for the exciting three-way finish.
