I voted for Beezie because it looks like she’s laughing in the picture.

I voted for Laura Kraut & Cedric – gotta love how Cedric looks like he’s telling himself “SUPERMAN!!”. That said, it looks to me like Deslauriers is the most technically correct one of the bunch (but I’m a dressage rider, so I wouldn’t know).

  3. My vote is for a Charles Jayne, with Beezie at a close second. Both have excellent position, are giving good releases, and lack some of the (small) faults of the other riders. The only thing that knocks Beezie a smidge below Charles is that her horse’s knees are not picture-perfect.

Chasen Boggio: Feet turned out a bit too much.
Jessica Springsteen: The standard is blocking the view of her leg so it’s hard to tell. Also, I’m not sure if her horse is going to make it all the way to the other side of the liverpool!
Jimmy Torrano: Leaning on his horse’s shoulder a bit too much
Laura Kraut: The head-on angle makes it hard to really see her, but you can see her rear end is WAY up in the air and her leg has slipped back. I think she may have jumped “for” her horse.
Mario Deslauriers: Too much daylight between him and the saddle
McLain Ward: The angle makes it hard to tell, but his equitation is usually excellent so I’d put him at a close third behind Beezie just based on past performance.
