Telling one horse what to do is hard enough, much less six!

The driver is Lisa Stroud and the event is the 2012 Southern Pines CDE. They’re competing in the sport of combined driving, which similarly to eventing consists of three phases: an arena-based “dressage” class, a cross-country “marathon” section, and a “stadium” or “cones” obstacle course.
