2019 Pegasus World Cup Need-to-Know Guide

The third running of the Pegasus is tomorrow!

The Pegasus World Cup is in its third year running, with a few key changes. No longer the world’s richest horse race, the Grade 1 Pegasus World Cup now offers “only” a cool $9 million for the purse. Slots in the starting gate now only cost connections $500,000 rather than $1,000,000. Last but not least, the inaugural Pegasus World Cup Turf will run for the first time tomorrow, operating on the same buy-in as the dirt race. The undercard races on Pegasus World Cup Championship day are no slouches either, with some of the biggest names in the sport set to clash.
