Thursday Video: One Broke Cow
I’ve seen few trail horses as well-broke as this cow…
This video perhaps raises more questions than it answers:
- What kind of competition is this — it looks like a trail pattern, but maybe it’s also timed?
- Is this a cow show? Or a horse show?
- WHO TRAINED THIS COW BECAUSE THEY DID AN AWESOME JOB
Seriously — how broke is this cow? It’s got a gorgeous lope, appears to move pretty well off the leg, and tackles each of the various obstacles in stride. We might never know the answers to these questions, nor if the cow’s rider, like so many before her, wasn’t allowed a horse and had to make do with this bovine alternative… but we’re highly entertained by the video.
