We stumbled across this ad hawking several pairs of “horse pants” from well-known manufacturers of equestrian apparel such as Ann Taylor, Banana Republic, and Ralph Lauren.

Common Ground has 8 pairs of equestrian pants ranging in price from $15-$20. They are quality brands-Ann Taylor, Banana Republic, Ralph Lauren-very gently used and in excellent condition. They are all size 8 or 10. Colors are browns, black and neutral. You’ll look like a star at your next show!

Ann Taylor, banana republic, and Ralph Lauren are not makers of real breeches. That, and the fact that they were called horse pants, should alert an equestrienne to their wannabe status.
These are for the horsey life wannabe people. I would be bet they would start falling apart after a ride or two.
Very nice… for hitting the mall. I own a pair of pseudo-”horse pants” myself and am always secretly amused when I wear them. I feel like a need a buttont that says, “But I really AM a rider!”
