I still cannot believe the true love and kindness that has been shown towards my sweet boy. I followed Wylie’s request and went to the barn after work to share with Luke Skywalker that he had a brother…..Eclipse. I am such a lucky girl!

Having a dapple grey-turned-white mare just like Eclipse, I was on the edge of my seat before I heard of Eclise’s rescue. I am so pleased that the ending was good. I just hate the human race when I hear of people who lie about their intents for a horse: the horses never deserve this, nor are they consulted. Eclipse’s salvage brightened my view of the human race some. If I were to die before my mares, I am going to put IN MY WILL how to care for my mares so that if they can’t stay at home they can go to a reputable retirement home.

Beautiful. Simply beautuful. Some people may say it’s better to put this kind of time and energy into doing good for people that need it. Maybe that’s true. I, however, feel that good is good, no matter where and no matter what. Sure we should help other people in need, but lest we forget, people can also help themselves. These horses cannot. Thank you for sharing.
