		<description><![CDATA[It is really easy to fall into that trap--I still catch myself from time to time, especially on a horse I know is going to &quot;prop&quot; or just lock its legs rather than walk into the slide, just to protect myself. Throwing all that weight wildly around doesn&#039;t do anything to help the horse, of course, just throw him off-balance and teach him to anticipate the stop. The best tip I ever heard was to &quot;sit like you got punched in the gut.&quot;]]></description>
