Nothing like a good video of some crazy show-dad leaping around the starting gate like a total buffoon to get you through your Mid-Monday-Morning slump. Right?
This one’s an oldie but a goodie, and my favorite is watching the guy on the rail in the background reacting to the crazy show-dad.

What a great Dad! Haven’t all of us jumped up and down from nerves when someone we love is in the ring?
When I watch students compete, I stamp my feet and cock my head, as though it helps to watch them sideways. Sometimes I’ll do a little kick. Because that really helps, too, you know.
Love this guy’s spirit. He obviously supports his daughter tremendously. I know some hockey dad’s I would like to send this to.
