Let’s Discuss: If you could take a spin on any horse in the world…
…what horse would it be? Showjumper, eventer, dressage, reiner, racehorse… the only rule: It has to be actively competing.
Me, I’d love to go one round on Flexible, the American showjumper headed to London with Rich Fellers. Because I’m sure that’s all I’d last, talk about getting jumped out of the tack–that horse has SPRINGS!!

Kilrodan Abbot: beautiful, athletic, kind, wonderful jumper. He made Rolex look like a hunter round this spring. http://youtu.be/VolouViQqOI
Agreed. That whole team just seems to be friendliest group of people and I think Kilrodan Abbot shows all that easy breezy love in every stride.
ANY upper level dressage horse that is kind and solid enough for an amateur to ride. I’d love to feel how the GP movements come together.
agreed! It’s always nice to sit on the upper level horses to remind yourself what you’re trying to achieve with your own horse.
i’m with lori brown on this one.
I got to ride Aberjack in the fall at his new home in California; not currently competing, but it still satisfied my “ride a famous horse” itch!!
Definitely a talented reiner. Enough said.
Courageous Comet!!!!! He is related to my OTTB and I want to see if they are as alike as I think!
Mystery Whisper
Fuego XII!!!
oooooh, good choice Biz! Fuego is hot stuff. I would say a Lipizzaner from the Spanish Riding School, or, on the other end of the spectrum, Cigar in his hey-day. That would be spectacular!

I’d get on Totilas as long as I had someone there to remind me how to ride. Because I’m sure I’d be so awestruck that I’d forget.
