One of the stars of this year’s Rolex Trade Fair was the SmartPak booth. Every time I walked past, the place was jam-packed with shoppers scoping out SmartPak’s latest offerings.
The reasons behind the company’s popularity are myriad: One, they offer fantastic products that they stand behind 100%. If a product makes it onto SmartPak’s shelf, you already know it’s top-notch stuff.
Two, they’re totally invested in the pursuit of making the online shopping experience as streamlined as possible. From product reviews and comparison charts to super-fast shipping and a price match guarantee, you can get in and get out with full assurance that you’re getting the best possible product for your horse at the lowest possible cost.
Three, SmartPak’s customer service is second to none. As the company says, “SmartPak Equine was founded by riders and horse owners for riders and horse owners.” Its staff of knowledgeable horse people is an invaluable resource for consumers.
Finally, SmartPak has gone above and beyond to engage with the equestrian community in a way that precedent-setting. If you haven’t perused its website lately, you’re missing out. There are how-to segments, blogs, videos, contests and much, much more. They also do an amazing job of utilizing social media like Facebook and Twitter and have reached out to support multiple organizations, riders and shows.
Some of you reading this are probably assuming that I’m just sucking up to SmartPak because they’re our presenting sponsor, but I’m really not. I get genuinely excited when I happen upon a company that is evolving as fast as the industry it serves–it’s a model that we all could learn from. That Horse Nation is on SmartPak’s radar is just icing on the cake.
