Wylie, you are so clever making wine-tasting a job! Why didn’t I think of this? I love the idea of featuring wine tasting; after all, it’s what we horse folks do after a bad ride..or a good ride…or a mediocre ride….

We are all so predictable in our wine choosing!!! I love this wine!!! The Cab as mentioned is AMAZING I gave bottles as gifts for Xmas, all loved! The Chardonnay is also delicious!

Well, you’ve already discovered my strategy at the wine store…in reality, though, I also enjoy this wine immensely, and, truth be told, did also choose it because of the ponies on the bottle.

There’s one called “The Show” which has a bucking bronco on the front of it, and the ever-popular Wild Horse label as well…I’m sure you’ll come up with some excellent discoveries of your own and inspire us equestri-winos everywhere.

The 14 hands Merlot is good, and I agree, this is a bottle you can take even to a wine snob and they’ll approve…but if you REALLY want to impress, find yourself a bottle of the 14 Hands 08 Cab…oh, and you should look outside of Eastern Wa for it, since I’ve already scoured and purchased every last bottle before the 09 was released. I LOVE that you’re reviewing horsey wines!
